RESEARCH GOAL: characterization and evaluation of distribution channels

This research encompasses the following:

1. Characterization of the distribution network by defining:

  • size and its structure,
  • type of sales,
  • location of points of sale,
  • models of management.

2. Characterization of the activities of the points of sale by defining:

  • selection,
  • forms of sale,
  • links in the distribution network,
  • terms of cooperation with clients.

3. Reconstructing the client image via distributors:

  • types of product buyers,
  • information sought after when making decisions and when purchasing,
  • preferred forms of promotion and advertising.
